Hi, I’m Colby!

In 2017, I adopted the mantra of “do more of what makes my heart happy.” This mindset caused a seismic shift in my life that led me to quitting my job in marketing, losing more than 180 pounds.

I’m a certified health coach and a NASM-certified personal trainer. I believe that wellness is a journey and the only one that can define success is YOU. I’m grateful for the people that have been in my corner and I’d love to be part of your journey - whether you’re just starting out or well on your way.

When I’m not hitting the streets, in the boxing ring or on a plane, you can find me snuggled up with my husband and dog in NYC.
